The background touch of wood this displayed when first bottled has been completely integrated and the nose is now still quite fresh and bright with a lovely mix of primary and secondary fruit characteristics that scream "Chablis". The rich, full and powerful flavors possess plenty of buffering fat and plenty of minerality on the impressively intense and persistent finish and I quite like the balance and overall complexity. For my taste, this has reached the front end of its prime drinkability though note that it should hold here for a good 10 years, perhaps longer. In sum, this is really lovely juice. Tasted on multiple occasions with consistent notes.
